Tatiana & Antoni’s late September wedding blended vintage-inspired style, romantic details, and one of Hamilton’s most beautiful waterfront wedding venues. The day began with a first look and portraits at Royal Botanical Gardens before moving to The Lakeview by Carmen’s for an emotional indoor ceremony, lakeside portraits, and a candlelit reception filled with thoughtful personal touches.
With warm neutral tones, soft florals, a vintage-inspired wedding dress, and a stunning waterfront sunset, their wedding felt timeless, romantic, and uniquely their own.
First Look & Portraits at Hendrie Park
Before guests arrived at The Lakeview by Carmen’s, Tatiana & Antoni shared a sweet first look at Hendrie Park in Royal Botanical Gardens.
Late September is one of my favourite times to photograph at Royal Botanical Gardens. The roses were still blooming, the gardens were full of colour, and the vibes were high!
Tatiana’s vintage gown and lace-trimmed veil perfectly fit the RBG gardens.
An Emotional Ceremony at The Lakeview by Carmen’s
The ceremony took place indoors at The Lakeview by Carmen’s, overlooking Lake Ontario.
Surrounded by family and friends, Tatiana & Antoni exchanged vows during a ceremony filled with emotion. There were plenty of tears throughout the afternoon, creating some of the most meaningful moments of the day.

Cocktail Hour by the Water
Following the ceremony, guests gathered outside on the shaded patio for cocktail hour.
With warm weather lingering into late September, everyone spent the afternoon enjoying the lake views, catching up with family and friends, and soaking in the final weeks of summer.
The relaxed outdoor setting gave the entire celebration a welcoming and effortless atmosphere.
Thoughtful Details & Personal Touches
One of my favourite parts of Tatiana & Antoni’s wedding was how many personal details were placed throughout the reception.
Guests found custom matchbooks at the signing table, and worked together with their table on a custom crossword puzzle about the couple. Everyone celebrated around simple florals and perfect candlelight.
The standout detail was undoubtedly the wedding cake. The three-tier design with vintage piping and bright cherries felt playful, nostalgic, and incredibly on theme.
A Candlelit Reception at The Lakeview by Carmen’s
As the sun set, the reception space transformed into a warm and inviting celebration filled with speeches, laughter, and dancing.
One particularly emotional moment came during the speeches when Tatiana’s brother spoke, bringing tears to her eyes and creating one of the most memorable moments of the evening.
Sunset Portraits Along the Lake
Before the evening continued, we slipped away for sunset portraits along the shoreline beside The Lakeview.
The soft light, rocky shoreline, and calm water created a completely different feel from the garden portraits earlier in the day.
These portraits quickly became some of my favourites from the entire wedding.
A Romantic Hamilton Waterfront Wedding
Tatiana & Antoni’s wedding was a beautiful example of how thoughtful details, meaningful moments, and an incredible venue can come together to create a celebration that feels entirely personal.
